You will need a word processor like Microsoft Word , Open Office Writer or Google Docs .
In my last post I recommended Google docs. It is good but you don’t see where 1 page begins or ends.
Open office writer exports as .pdf and has page view.

What to write about?

You can write about cooking, games , almost everything. Most popular once are tip and tricks E-books. Thats why I am writing one. I highly recommend tip and tricks E-books. If you have a blog even more. Handguides are also getting more popular. But the important thing is that you know what you are writing about and are passionate about the subject. Just have that in mind. Ok , Got your subject? Ok , lets move on to the next step:

The writing / The commitment of writing a E-book

ok lets say you want to write that e-book. Well , why? If your answer is:

A) Fame

B) Selling it

C) Because everyone else is doing it

What is your answer? A,B or C . Nothing of that is right from above it is actually D) for fun and because i enjoy writing.
That is the only reason why you should write. If you don’t write for fun and/or enjoyment then this is not a right hobby for you. But if you enjoy writing then you don’t need a commitment , it will just be there. Sometimes I have to torture myself not to write, because of school and stuff. But I enjoy writing so much that it isn’t a chore. So that is how you can keep yourself motivated or …. or you could just remind yourself on the goal you are trying to achive. Lets move on:

The actual writing

Only thing I can say here is, write every day for atleast 10 minutes. If you are like me , skipping 1 day would cause me to stop for like forever. So if you have hard time keeping you motivated or lack motivation, write for 10 minutes each day.

If you write 6 sentences in 10 minutes every day.
Then in a year you will have 2910 sentences. Saying as an example that every sentence has about 7 words.
Then you will have written 15330 words , not that bad.Lets move on:

Finishing it

think you’re finished? Well then publish it tell your friends about it, post it on your blog!

You don’t have…
…to write a story. You can write cookbooks , hand-guide books and more. The fun thing about stories is that you create your own world. Your own characters.  How do I come to writing ? Well I’m pretty much a book geek, I read 2-5 books a week . If not books then E-books. So I began to want to write! Simple!

E-Books are also a great way to publish your book. More and more people are working on computers now and have little time to read a book , so they read E-books instead.

How do you write E-books? By making a .doc document with programs like Word,Open Office or even online with Google docs. Google docs is great because it’s user-friendly and you can download your text as a .pdf wich is the standard format for E-books. I recommend using Google Docs. You will need a google account and then you can use it for free.

So what is this blog going to be about? Well Writing in General. Everything from writing fiction and fan fics to plain blogging. Tips,Tricks and Tutorials are sure to come. I am also working on my E-book

” 154 ideas for bloggers and fiction writers” .
Where I will give you 77 ideas for each of them or as good I can. I think I will require subscription , but we see. Maybe I will have it an option, yeah probably. Stick with me , because next week I will write a series about writing your first chapter in your fiction book.
